The Boomi Pooja for our new project was held at Appar Middle School (Balwadi) on Feb 23rd and it was attended by many Tablers, Square Legs and Circlers. The construction for our new project will start shortly. Soon, I’ll post the details of the project plan and the estimate. Stay tuned.

A big congratulations to Tr. Ravi Fomra’s wife, Cr. Mamta of LC 60 for bagging the Best Chairperson Award for the year 2007 – 2008 in Ladies Circle India.

The Circlers had their own ” Hail Mamta Amma! ” celebration in Punjabi Dhaba, where Chairperson Cr. Rachna of LC 60 and HRD Convenor Cr. Sharmila of LC 8 happily gave the award to Cr. Mamta.

Three cheers for the lady who has made us all proud! A celebrity of our own.

The Holi Themed Social hosted by Tr. Akshay & Tr. Sanjay (MRT 14) was one of the most colourful events we’ve had in recent times. The Holi celebration was full of fun with colored water and holi powder flying all around the place. After lunch, the fun continued till sunset.

The Smiley Social at Hotel Heritance, during the 2nd AEX, was a dazzling event with lots of tablers (AEX, Chairmen of A1 tables, lots of A1ers, etc.).  The party, music and dance went on till the wee hours of the morning and we all had a smashing time out there.

U could see nothing but happy faces at this smiley social which was well hosted by Vijai/Deepa and Anwar/Jaseela of our table joined with Sridhar/Nithya and Nagaraj/Niranchana of MRT 14.

We had a nice party for our Square Legs celebrating the 41rs day. It was one of those rare moments where some of our new tablers got to meet some of our hard to meet Square Legs.

Our Area 1 BHAG convenor Tr. Paolo conducted a very inspiring and enterprising presentation. That’s certainly given us a good insight which will help us out in the future.

The *all* Kids social was hosted by Tr. Ravi and Tr. Santosh and it was a great treat for the big kids and small alike!

What a lively event filled with fun and laughter, lollipops galore and lots of music to dance away!

Best Dressed Couple

The Area Sports Meet at peermade club was attended by Tr. Beboy and family. It was a fun filled meet in High Ground and we heard that some of our friends there were in ‘Higher’ Ground until sunrise!

Business meet #479 -12 was held at Hotel Sangam, where we are pleased to say that Tr. Prasad,  introduced by Tr. Beboy, has been  inducted into the movement by Sq. leg Ramesh Daga.

Today we started our RTI Week run with a publicity event. We had put a huge 20 x 10 banner in PKM school where our project is currently going on. The banner is well positioned and has a terrific view from the main road.

The whole show was broadcast on Cable TV and we received excellent publicity. It was a very proud moment for us, when friends and relatives called us, after watching us on TV, to congratulate us for our good work.
